For a nominal fee your application can be hosted in a secure, state-of-the-art Tier 1 data center using your own web site for access. This option is ideal for organizations of any size that want to centrally manage and automate their customer support, help desk, or other request-driven processes, but don't want to manage IT infrastructure or use staff resources for administration.

Training & Support
The support applications are simple and easy to use. A couple of hours of on site training to help staff understand how to operate the support application is provided at initial implementation. For recurring training online help and simple computer based training modules, each lasting a few minutes, are available. Computer based training minimizes the cost of training new staff.
